Gastronomy Experience
Gastronomy plays a vital role in Santorini’s cultural identity. Local ingredients such as fava, capers, and the island’s famous cherry tomatoes are at the heart of traditional recipes that reflect the unique character and history of the region.
A hands-on cooking lesson is offered in a specially designed space dedicated to local gastronomy. Under the guidance of an experienced chef, participants learn how to prepare beloved local dishes such as tomato fritters (tomatokeftedes), fava, Santorinian salad, and a selection of more creative seasonal recipes.
After the lesson, participants can enjoy the dishes they have prepared, paired with carefully selected local wines that perfectly complement the flavors of the island.
